Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to products that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Since all products in this shop are produced on demand after an order is placed, a right of withdrawal is excluded once production has started.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can find an appropriate solution.
